The Idea
Average People
I looked at the different products, green habits and realized everything seemed overwhelming and expensive. I am not well-off financially and a zero-waste lifestyle seemed impossible, at first. I realized this was a problem as most people are in my position.

The Cost
The first thing I looked at was financial cost. That is a major consideration when looking at products. Some items require a upfront cost, but them pay for themselves. Others, are choosing a Eco-friendly item that cost less, but require a larger time investment. That is what started the blog.
03
Habits
Green Action
Purchasing items is not always feasible and is not apart of the sustainability idea. Use what you have first. I talk about sustainable actions such as gardening, repurposing items around the house and breaking the consumerism mindset.
04
Zero Waste
Knowledge
While we encourage and strive for a zero waste lifestyle, understand no one will achieve this. It is an idealistic goal that is impossible. What is possible is major change coming from little changes by a lot of people. That is my goal, to inform the public and get everyone to make small sustainable change that will eventually have a big impact.
Refuse
Do not accept items that are unsustainable/non-purposeful.
Reduce
Think before you buy, do you really need this item? Can you do without?
Reuse
Ask yourself, can this be used again? Could it be repurposed?
Recycle
I cannot reuse it or repurpose it, I will recycle it.
Rot
This item is composable and that is what I am going to do.
