International Shipping Policy

We are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to our international community! Please carefully review our terms regarding cross-border orders:

1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Delivered At Place / DDU)

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

  • Average Sustainability is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • We cannot predict or calculate these fees, as they are established entirely by your destination country's customs authority.

2. Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse an international shipment due to customs fees, duties, or taxes, you will be held responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges.

  • Any import fees or taxes incurred on the package.

  • The cost of returning the package back to our facility.

These combined fees will be deducted from your final merchandise refund. If the return freight and customs fees exceed the value of the merchandise, the package will be abandoned by the carrier and no refund will be issued.

3. Customs Delays

While we do our best to ensure your package is dispatched quickly, Average Sustainability is not responsible for transit delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process.

Have you already added a small snippet or checkbox at checkout to ensure international buyers explicitly agree to these duty terms before placing their order?
